22 Moorings Reach is a 3 bedroom town house over 4 floors which sleeps up to 9 people. The living/dining area is bright and airy and the furniture is of very high standard- it is original bamboo from Bali. It is a settee plus chairs and coffee table, there is also a TV with freeview and DVD player. The lounge also has a telescope on a tripod which is useful for observing the coastal views close up. The kitchen is modern and stylish and is fully equipped and also has a folding table with 2 chairs. There is a dining area with table and chairs in original bamboo. The master bedroom is the highlight of this property, it runs along the whole of the top floor and features views across Torbay. It has a king sized bed in bamboo, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. It has an ensuite with large corner shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a bamboo coffee table. Bedroom 3 has 2 double bunk beds and one single bed and a TV?DVD combi. Please note that it is advised that the bunk beds are unsuitable for children under the age of 10 due to the bunk beds being higher than normal. The master bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. This property also features a balcony with patio furniture and has a designated parking space. Access to this property is at the rear of the property from Berry Head Road.
